Our Dual-Gantry cutting system features high-definition (HD) plasma and oxy-fuel torches with gantry-type machining center capabilities.
Unique 360-degree contour beveling capabilities lets us cut up to 45-degree bevels.
We are able to cut up to 12” thick carbon steel plate and up to 6” thick stainless steel plate.
Plate Processing System No. 1 – Equipment Details:
- 400amp HD Plasma Cutting System on each Gantry.
- Able to cut up to 5″ thick carbon steel plate and 3″ thick stainless steel plate.
- Five Oxy-Fuel Torches on each Gantry.
- Tool changer on each Gantry can drill, tap, countersink, and surface mill in a single set-up.
- 360-degree contour beveling capabilities.
- 14ft wide by 127ft long down-draft table.
- 25-ton overhead crane system.

- 800amp HD Plasma Cutting System
- Able to Oxy-Fuel cut up to 12″ thick carbon steel plate and Plasma cut up to 6″ thick stainless steel plate.
- 360-degree contour beveling capabilities, both Oxy-Fuel and Plasma.
- 10ft wide by 40ft long table.
- 25-ton overhead crane system.
