World Trade Center Complex in NYC Features Greiner Columns
Greiner was honored to be part of the construction team that helped build the new World Trade Center complex in New York City. We fabricated several heavy-duty steel fabricated “Hammerhead Columns” with base plates using 4” thick, high-performance steel. These materials required fracture-critical construction (Greiner holds an AISC Fracture Critical Endorsement) and were used in the Center’s transportation hub.
